Who can we assist?
At Physiotherapies, we provide services to individuals of all ages under the NDIS, catering to the needs of all from New Born to Teenage, Young, Middle-aged adults and Seniors, treating Neurological, Mental Health and Physical Disorders.

How do we start?
Step 1:
Call us or email us to check if we have capacity to accept the referral. Where we can discuss the Goals and Scope of our services. How we can assist you during the current NDIS plan and your expectations.
Step 2:
Refer the client to us, using the online form, or by download and fill in the form
Step 3:
We book an Initial Assessment Date asap. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life and well-being of every client we serve. Our dedicated staff passionately assist individuals with disabilities in setting realistic goals, utilizing a holistic, team-oriented approach to achieve them.
Ofcourse, We handle all necessary documentation for the NDIS, NDIA, or support coordinators and will create a formal NDIS service agreement that both parties must sign before we proceed. -
How much does it cost?
We follow the prices set by the NDIS. Right now, we charge the max rate allowed. We always inform you about costs and check funding available over the phone or at your first appointment to ensure you're all set for the therapy during your current NDIS plan.

Where do we offer therapy?
Our services mostly happen at the participant's home or at our clinic or community Hydro pool to help them live independently. But if they have goals for activities outside, we might assess them in the community.
NDIS services can be in:

- Public Pools for Hydrotherapy
- Local Parks for Kids
- Special Disability Accommodation
- Supported Living
- Retirement Villages

Do we assist in Plan rewiew and progress reports?
Once we conduct an Initial assessment we complete a report and submit to support coordinator if required.
Thereafter, we conduct reassessment of your progress after one month and again after three months and so on using Standardized Outcome Measures. This ensures we stay on track to meet your desired goals and outcomes, which may vary.
This milestone tracking is outlined in your NDIS plan and is updated regularly.
We focus on specific goals with assessments and achievements that are tailored to these objectives.
All these is jotted down in report before your plan review meeting which will assist your support coordinator to secure funding or NDIS planner to fund your future plans accordingly.
